Living room is has a 40 inch plasma T.V and a comfortable Twin size sofa bed. That is very attractive dinning area located out side of the separate kitchen is charming. And seat 4 comfortably there is also counter top dining or used the counter for a 2nd computer space if you so prefer. Doorman building with laundry room that has many machines and of course an elevator as the apartment is on the 23rd floor. Great location for everything.
