➤Four apartments in one building, totaling 6 BR / 5BA on the 1st to 4th floors of a 4 story building. All four apartments in the building are connected via a shared staircase - your group will have exclusive use of the building.
➤ Building Layout: Apartment 1 is on the 1st floor, apartments 2 & 3 are on the 2nd floor, and apartment 4 is on the 3rd & floor floor.
➤ Entrance: The entrance of the building is on East Ohio St., and stairs are required to access our place. It's not suitable for people with limited mobility, or those with tons of luggage (unless you're used to carrying your stuff!)

Deutschtown, part of Pittsburgh's Northside, is the Brooklyn of Pittsburgh. It's the most racially and economically diverse neighborhood in town, with an array of things to offer: breweries, great restaurants, a huge city park, and more.

Note that while our area is safe, it's decidedly urban & very diverse, with wealthy, middle class, and homeless alike. Guests uncomfortable with an urban environment should consider other areas.
Pittsburgh is a challenging city to navigate. With unique topography, and 3 more bridges than Venice, driving here isn't for the faint of heart! Our area is very walkable! If you're driving, we recommend ride share companies. If you're driving in though, we have parking passes available.
Our apartment has 4 floors of a historic building. Since there are stairs, we don't recommend our place for any guests with mobility issues.
Also note that our place is in the middle of an ethnically & economically diverse urban environment on East Ohio St. It's a safe area, but people uncomfortable with urban areas should consider other options.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice, with a total of 16 overnight guests. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of twenty (20) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE OR AMENITIES BETWEEN APARTMENTS.
5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $150 in half hour increments.
6. If you have to cancel your trip past the cancellation window deadline, we will refund you any amount we are able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. We don't believe in "double-dipping" if your nights are able to be rebooked.
7. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
8. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $500 will be charged if clear evidence is found.
9. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing
- Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.
