Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 12 Wren Drive, South Beach, in Sea Pines.

Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style, and equipped with, what we consider to be, the absolute necessities for a comfortable stay.

Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest in which our guests have ever stayed. It is one of our Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously.

12 Wren is an easy walk to the beach and considered 7th row ocean, meaning that even young children can stroll over to put their tootsies in the sand.

The house is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation ... fabulous new electronics including Bose Sound Dock for ipod player; crisp, cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, and thirsty towels; top tier appliances; and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The carpets are new, clean and fresh-smelling, as are the fabulous furnishings. The bright, open kitchen, featuring all white dishes and lots of accoutrements, is ideal for cooking in or ordering-in.

There is also a great grilling deck just off the kitchen with gas grill. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and one or two old wine glasses are hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? We have!! And we did not want that experience to greet our guests.

For convenience, the kitchen opens to a breakfast area (seating 4) and to the dining room (seating 8).

A spacious living room with new 55' LCD flat screen Samsung HDTV with Blu Ray player (plus video library and complimentary Netflix) opens to a huge deck with comfy outdoor furniture, just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting, and then to the new pool and spa. Heating of the pool is available for an additional fee in cool months.

Four bedrooms (2 Masters with Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with 'down alternative' pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as LCD TV/DVD players in each room. On the main level is one master suite and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath. Up a short flight of stairs are the second master suite with balcony and queen bedroom with full bath.

Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with super speedy (secure) WI-FI.

Are comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and service of value to you? They are to us as well! And while you will likely find other vacation rental homes for less, you will always find you receive less in return. We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard-- No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.

Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

LOCATION/BEACH PROXIMITY: See the GoogleMap here or Mapquest 12 Wren Drive, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Easy walk 7 'rows' to the ocean in less than 5 minutes. Bike to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, then you can take the trolley from South Beach to the Beach Club, Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center.

BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive via email.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6+ folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys, a beach buggy and big pull wagon and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 3 additional fees: (1) a 5.5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, our Signature departure cleaning, and (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage protection premium of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.

PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. You will love it!

Fantastic home! We actually spent two different weeks at the house within the last month. Everything you could want was at your fingertips--beach towels, beach cart and wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, etc. Walking to the beach was only a few minutes away and South Beach was a 3 minute bike ride. House was clean and was exactly as pictures showed. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Would definitely rent it again. Have been going to HH for years, but this was the best accomodations we have had. Had children ages 10,11,12, 14, and 16 with us including a special needs child. Having the pullout couch in the downstairs master bedroom was perfect for our situation. Beverly and Pat were great to work with!

We absolutely loved the house. We stayed during a cool March/April 2013 Spring Break. We also paid for a weeks rental of the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately the complexity of the system cost us two days use but otherwise the house was fantastic excellent experience. Would definitely stay there again, especially now that we know how to make the hot tub and pool work!

Lovely home in Sea Pines

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 12 Wren in Sea Pines. This was the first time we rented a vacation home, and the entire experience set the bar high. The home is exactly as presented in the pictures: a lovely, comfortable home which was perfect for our family – my husband and I traveled with our two children, 1 and 3, and Grandma.
The home was very spacious and well decorated with all that we needed to just move in – plenty of seating, all the cookware and dishes we needed, and nice bed and bath linens. The first floor master was perfect to give my mother her own private space, while the second floor master was perfect for us and the children were able to have their own rooms.
The outdoor space was great! The pool is lovely and was perfect for us to swim and play in. We spent hours in it, and it really made our vacation perfect. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was literally a 5-minute walk away (and that was with our 3-year-old walking!) Sea Pines as a community has many other activities we enjoyed as well, including the lighthouse and playground at Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, and Lawton Stables.
Beverly and Pat were also great with work with. If there was anything we needed, they were there to help, and checking in and out was seamless. We would certainly rent this home again.

Our First Beach Vacation

The house was absolutely wonderful! Everything we needed except food and clothes was there when we arrived. The house was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. This was my family's first true beach vacation. 12 Wren Dr. was the perfect place to start! We do plan to return, it was fabulous!! Pat was the very best and answered all of our questions and took really good care of our needs. She was awesome!

Wow! That's about the best word I can use. The house was perfect- everything it was advertised to be and more! Exceptionally clean. We absolutely had an awesome time. The pool was perfect for our two year old granddaughter who played mostly in the zero entry area. The beach is close. The house has everything you could possibly need, no need to bring anything but yourself. Don't have any complaints. We are already planning on coming back next year and making this an annual family vacation. Thanks so much to Beverly and Pat for making our first family vacation at the beach so perfect!
