Very clean and beautifully decorated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo - End unit. Owner is completely renovating the unit summer of 2014. It will be completely new bathrooms, flooring appliances etc. Enjoy a beautiful Gulf Views from most rooms in the condo. Located across the street from the beach and only a few blocks from beach access. New Family room and kitchen furniture Sept. 2012. New beds Nov 2011.

This Condo is loaded with all the amenities of home including FREE Wifi and everything you need to enjoy the beach. It is an end unit that over-looks the heated pool and tennis court.

This is a non-smoking complex and unit.

The condo features:

Full Kitchen including dishes, coffee pot, expresso/latte machine, toaster, blender & more.

New Flat screen TV's in family room and both bedrooms.

Full size washer & dryer

King bed in master with TV and private bathroom

Queen bed and twin in second bedroom with TV & DVD player

Safe for personal belongings (like a hotel)

Everything you need for the Beach - push cart that holds beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and toys. There are two access points to the beach a few blocks away. One is north approx 4 blocks next to Marriott Crystal Shores, and has clean restrooms under Stilts restaurant. The other is south of the unit approx 3 block just south of the Apollo with restrooms in the public parking lot.

Tennis is FREE at the Essex and there are rackets and balls in the unit.

4 block walk to restaurants, ice cream shop, beach stores and Marco Island Movie Theater.

You will not be disappointed with this unit! Owner uses it regularly.

We have been vacationing on Marco Island since 2003. We have always stayed at the Marriott Beach resort until a trip in November 2011. We decided it was time to look at buying a place. We fell in love with this condo immediately. It is an end unit It is easy in and easy out. Easy access to the beach and we provide all the stuff you need. We vacation here often and just updated with new flat screen TV's and new family room and kitchen furniture in Sept. 2011. Our unit will not disappoint! We are renovating it summer of 2014 and all floors and bathrooms will be brand new.

We love the fact that the complex is smaller and only has 5 stories. This makes it easy in an out when coming and going.

EXCEEDED our expectations!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very fortunate to stay in this immaculate, well maintained condo for five wonderful weeks. This piece of paradise had everything one would need for a vacation free of worry. The location is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beach cart full of beach needs is very easy to transport to the gulf (which is a very close walk away). You can see the gulf and amazing sunsets from your lanai. Walking distance to the theater, ice cream shop, variety of clothing stores and many wonderful restaurants. Just doesn't get any better than that!

The owners are a delight to work with and we wish we had made the call earlier to reserve even a longer stay next year...We truly had an enjoyable vacation! Thank you, Lisa!

Essex - Awesome 2 Bedroom + Gulf view

I've stayed at many different properties in Marco Island over the last 20 years, and this property/unit ranks at the top. This unit provides ALL that is needed for a family of 5 - new furniture, comfy beds, updated appliances, and even a washer & dryer! Good gulf view from the screened in lanai. Nice pool and tennis courts. Great location - across the street from the public access to one of the most beautiful beaches in SW Florida. Also a short walk to shops and restaurants. Owners are very responsive. Great value for your money!!

A walk to the beach

This condo is very nice, clean and kid friendly. Only 2 blocks to the beach access. It was nice to have the cart to load up and walk to the beach. We had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool also. We would recommend this property to others.

We stayed in this condo in July 2012. The condo was clean and well equipped. There is a nice view of the gulf from the unit. The rental process was easy and the owner was responsive to both my rental inquiry and any follow-up questions. I have been going to Marco my whole life and would happily stay in this unit again in the future.

My wife and three children had a great vacation and our accomodations at the Essex were a big part of our happiness. We found the condo very well equipped, spacious, clean and updated. My wife and I enjoyed quiet evenings on the lanai watching the sunset as we kept a watchful eye on our children in the adjacent pool.

The unit has a perfect location for walking to the beach and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay by the owners while staying there. In the storage shed, we found new beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella to shield us from the sun. In fact the owners even provided a beach stroller to carry everything to/from the beach! In additon, the unit is within walking distance to restuarants, shopping and a convenience store.

Inside, they have two brand new flat screen televisions, an iPod docking station, DVD player and more amenities than I can list! The unit has an ideal location, western exposure for picturesque sunsets and very nice neighbors. If you are considering a visit here, you won't regret it! We look forward to a return visit to Essex and Marco Island soon!
