Additional information about rental rates

SIMPLE PAYMENT POLICY–For bookings made longer than 14 days prior to the check in date, 1/2 of the balance to be paid upon reservation by credit card. Remaining balance to be charged to credit card on file within a week prior to check-in. Other arrangements considered upon request. Payment of the first half of rental amount for the rental period as indicated will secure this reservation.

Fees And Taxes

There's a $125 cleaning fee on all stays at this property. We keep this property in very nice condition and take a lot of pride in the cleanliness of this property, so you can be assured you're getting a beautifully clean house when you arrive. If you want to bring a pet, that's totally fine. but we do charge a $50 pet fee.
We are also required to charge the 15% state and city hotel tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY – You can cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a FULL 100% refund of your reservation deposit. If you cancel inside 30 days, you will be refunded 75% of your reservation amount. Once we have charged your full balance on the second monday prior to your arrival you are responsible for the full amount should you cancel.

Perfect place for Austin Getaway!

I recently stayed here with some friends for an Austin getaway and birthday celebration. Lauren and Jay the property managers were very nice and very friendly to work with. We arrived to a perfectly ready house. The house was very clean - clean towels, bed sheets, showers, bathrooms, kitchen and etc. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs that stayed and it was very roomy - you could even have 2 more people stayed and it wouldn't feel cramped. Location was good - very close to downtown, barton springs and congress. Not walking distance but just a short drive. Lots of food around the area for anything you are craving.

This was our first experience using homeaway - and what a great experience it was. Would definitely do again when we come back! Thanks again Jay and Lauren for making this such a great stay!!

Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
