This Beautiful newly decorated condo has 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and is centrally located to all the attractions including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios.

For the days when you are not at the parks, there is still so much fun to be had. The resort area of Legacy Dunes has a large resort pool with loungers and cabanas as well as a fitness room. The kids will find added enjoyment in the game room and playground.

Living and Dining Area: This home has a bright, sunny, cheerful and clean appeal to it's guests. The living room has a full size sofa and love seat - plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is also a 42 inch large screen TV and DVD player. From the living room you can walk out onto the screened in balcony/patio and overlook the tree tops. In the distance you can see folks having a great time playing tennis on the courts at the resort.

The Dining room has seating for 6 at the table and another 2 custom painted stools at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meals. It is fully stocked with full size appliances, dishware, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and blender to name a few.

Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Full size washer and Dryer, Iron and Full Size Ironing Board. We even welcome you with laundry soap for your first washing.

Bedrooms: The home was just redecorated with all new bedding, linens, pillows and bathroom amenities. The Master Suite features a King Size Pillow Top Mattress, large walk in closets, flat screen TV and in-suite bathroom.

The second and third bedrooms both have two twin beds with large walk in closets and flat screened TV's as well. If you find you need additional sleeping space, the sofa in the living rooms converts to a Queen Size Bed with a new mattress.

All of the bedrooms are bright and sunny as they feature afternoon sunlight.

Technology: Are you ready for a vacation but can't leave the electronics behind? No worries, we offer WIFI and Telephone service with Complimentary calls to North America.

Upon arrival, the condo was exactly as described and pictured on Vrbo!! The condo easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 children/teens! Very comfortable; great location (minutes from Disney, restaurants, and shopping), spacious, nicely decorated, safe, quiet (away from the vacationing crowd), our temporary home away from home! Because of our busy schedule, we did not have the opportunity to use the wonderful amenties within the gated community (e.g. pool, game room, basketball court, etc.). Only dislike; lizards, bugs, and snake which comes with being in the south, scary for northerners :-)

Great working with Kim, Property Manager, who assisted with the rental on a very short notice!! Thank you, Kim!

I would certainly recommend this property to other vacationers, who want a nice place to stay besides a hotel, and close to all major attractions!

The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The location was close to everything we wanted to do: Disney, Universal, shops and restaurants. Only downside was no hot tub.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My husband and I spent one week at the condo and loved every moment! It was very quiet, clean, had everything we needed and more. Each room had a walk-in closet, and the laundry in-suite was very convenient. It was a comfortable, spacious place to relax at the end of a long day. It was an easy walk to the pool, which made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The pool was clean, and not overcrowded. We were a short drive to the main strip close to great restaurants and shopping, not to mention 5 minutes to Disney. I would highly recommend this accommodation, and my husband and I will be returning with our entire family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
