The condo was very clean and neat. Everything there was in working condition. The unit was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. However, it should be noted that there are many steps, and you may need to go to the third floor to use the bathroom. That may be important for older or younger guests. The listing proved very accurate and the home was well maintained.
We did not realize that the first mile or so of the boardwalk is not great (not a lot of restaurants and shops). It was a far walk from the condo to the rides and boardwalk food. Towards the end of our vacation, we were driving down the strip so we didn't have to walk so far. We also discovered the tram tickets that are good for a week. We wish we had discovered them sooner.
The beach was clean and beautiful and it was nice to walk right out the deck and onto the beach.

We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation in our home. We strive to keep it neat and up to date so we appreciate your comments on that. The townhouse is three floors and yes two of the bathrooms are upstairs but there is also a full bath on the main floor. The Ocean City boardwalk is 3 miles long so it can be a long walk if you are not used to it. It starts on 27th street which is 8 blocks from us but it stretches a long way. As you mentioned there is also a tram that runs the length of the boardwalk which saves walking. Once again we are happy you enjoyed your stay.
