About The Owner

We are a retired couple from Minnesota who have three grown sons and have been vacationing in Sanibel for 30 years. We are finally fortunate enough to purchase our slice of paradise and we are excited to share it with you!

We love Sanibel and after searching for the past 3 years , we believe that Tarpon Beach offers location and amenities second to none.

What makes this condo unique

Walking/ running the beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, paddle boarding, swimming in the pool, biking to 'The Bean' and Light House Cafe.....shelling, fishing etc...

Great Vacation Spot!

I've been visiting family in Sanibel for almost 30 years and this was our first time staying at Tarpon Beach. We loved that there are only 27 units in the complex and that it was very family friendly. Similarly, it was in a great location for us to ride our bikes all over the island. The condo was nicely furnished with lots of upgrades. One of our favorite things about the condo was being able to sit on the porch and gaze out at the gulf. We would recommend this property for others wishing to stay on the island.

Beautiful!

Just returned from beautiful Sanibel. The Tarpon Beach Condo complex is one of our favorites. This particular unit is now our favorite. They have done a wonderful job of renovating and decorating. The master bathroom is top of the line. The unit was very clean. In the past, some of the other units could have used a better cleaning. It was quiet and people were friendly. The view from the lanai was wonderful. You can see the vegetation and the ocean. And also hear the ocean! I had some reservations regarding being close to the pool but it was never an issue. I usually go for the upper units but this feels like it is on the second floor due to parking below. It made it very easy to come and go! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! The morning light is great in the morning. Bright and sunny! I am happy to say we will be returning next year. The photos are not updated yet but if you rent it you will be very pleased with the changes that have been made. We didn't want to leave!

Excellent location, great views and spacious condo

My wife and I stayed at this unit from Feb 9-16,2013. We were very happy with the location and the overall condition of the unit. Everything was tastefully renovated, from new bathrooms to upscale kitchen, new tile and new furniture. We arrived at night and did not see the beautiful ocean view until morning, and that made us evn happier about our decision to stay here.

If you are considering this unit, you will not be disappointed. It is a great spot for a stay!
