The studio is situated in the heart of one of Venice's most eclectic neighborhoods. Within minutes of walking you find exciting restaurants, the fabulous Whole Foods Market, great beach life, good surf, an interesting crowd and the new IT street Abbot Kinney Blvd.

The studio has a 16ft fully mechanical door that opens the entire room to a patio with BBQ. Surrounded by lush plants and trees you can have your morning coffee or your Happy Hour drink. This is the place where you come back to again and again.

A very cozy and zen place to stay at Venice Beach

Following the very positive reviews on this studio, I chose it for the first part of our stay in L.A.: 3 nights in the Venice Beach area. We agree totally with those reviews: a very nice place: a private yard in the back, studio full of light. We loved that glass wall which can be totally open (a kind of «garage door mechanism») integrating the yard in the studio. Great !
Bea and Henning are extremely nice hosts.
Finally, the street and the studio are very quiet: one would never think they are in L.A.
We strongly recommend the place.

Amazing spot. Only wish we could call this our permanent home. Loved everything about it. Relazing, peaceful, simply LOVELY! Henning and Bea we the most gracious hosts. Make sure to schedule the most amazing massage from Bea. She has a beautiful healing gift. The selection of CD's were fantastic. We enjoyed the variety. Thank you for this precious place that we were able to hang our heads for awhile.

Amazing spot!

Such a cute nicely done apartment. The sliding door that opens to the patio is great, We were able to open that & have wine by candle light on the private patio. The space is nice & modern designed. the Bathroom is large & the tub is huge! I would definitely visit here again. Henning & Bea are the best host you could ever ask for!
Its a nice 10min walk to the beach or the popular Abbot Kinney blvd. There is also a whole foods & other great restaurants very close.

Thanks for the wonderful weekend in Venice!!

Wonderful!

Thanks to Bea and Henning for a wonderful stay! It was the perfect spot to explore Venice while still providing a relaxing retreat for our vacation. My son and I enjoyed the first half of the week going to the beach and grilling in the yard, while the second half was the perfect getaway for my lady and I to relax and visit with friends.

The rental feels much larger than the pictures show. Really a spacious, airy, bright place to spend a vacation. I wish I could transport it to Brooklyn!

We'll be back for sure. Thanks again!

Best stay in Venice!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful studio! The location was perfect, only a few minutes to the beach, restaurants and cafes. We couldn't recommend this studio highly enough. Thank you Henning, Bea and Zoe! We'll promise you we'll be back soon.  Give Zoe a big hug from us!
