My on line gift business prevents us from using our vacation home as much as we used to so we decided to share it as a rental.
As soon as we come into Palm Springs we relax! The weather and the people are great. There are a lot of good resturants (Billy Reed's) and the Film Festival in January, the Coachella Music Festival, and the Follies are really top notch. The shopping is good especially for local art and antiques.
The eight pools and spas in the complex are not crowded and they are well maintained. The dogs love the open greenbelt area and the one of tennis courts is lit at night.
