This beautiful, custom built 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has a heated pool with southern exposure and is situated on a canal with dock and boat lift. The property is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bath has a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat screen TV. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and a full wall of sliding glass doors that open up to the screened lanai and heated pool. It has an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, DVD/CD 5 disc changer, and stereo system with speakers throughout the entire house including the lanai. Bring your laptop; we have wireless high speed internet. The lanai has a covered seating area with comfortable wicker furniture, lounge chairs, and a table and chairs for additional dining.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a raised eating bar with swiveling counter stools, and beautiful eating area overlooking the pool. There is also a formal dining room complete with fine china for special occasions or holidays. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street and professionally landscaped with subtropical plantings and palms providing excellent privacy. It includes many extras, such as four bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, wheeled beach cooler, beach towels, pool floats, fishing poles, DVD library, and games.

Rent or bring your own boat!: The home has a dock with a 12,000 lb boat lift and fish cleaning station. Fish for snapper, snook, grouper, and pompano in the Gulf of Mexico. Just a few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Short drive to the city of Naples and Everglades Park. This is a great place to come and get away from it all!

Fees And Taxes The rates do not include 10% sales tax or a $500 refundable security deposit. Please note that our property management company requires a security deposit (it cannot be replaced with a payment of $49). There is also a $40 fee per week for pool heat (Oct - April). We do not charge a cleaning fee.

This beautiful home is everything and more. Immaculate home and awesome pool with every amenity. Great location for shopping, beach and biking. Nice selection of restaurants in the area. We are definitely planning on returning to this vacation paradise!

Our family stayed at this vacation home the last week of January 2012. Our stay was wonderful. We spent a week in this rental and wished that we never had to leave this beautiful home. Everything was perfect, the house is immaculate and the pool was the icing on the cake! We were so close to shopping, outdoor markets, restaurants, beaches and walking or biking makes getting around very easy from this location. We plan on renting this home again very soon! We could not have asked for more!!!!!!!!!!!!
