This BRAND NEW 6 bedroom 5.5 bath vacation house has 4 master bedroom suites (2 on the 1st floor), a king and kids room that share a Jack-n-Jill bath, pullout couch and sleeps 20 guests! The Big Beach House offers 2 living rooms...great for the large group:), 10' ceilings on the 1st floor and vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor. There's a deck off the front with gulf views and a screened porch in the back overlooking the private pool. Only 3 minutes from the beach, an easy walk... or ride the street legal golf cart that comes with the home! Located in Crystal beach this home is very central in Destin, only minutes from great shopping and great restaurants.

Hello and Thank You for visiting White Sand Vacation Rentals! We are delighted that you are considering a vacation in Destin. It seems like yesterday that we too were planning a trip to Destin, FL. After sitting here on the whitest white sand beaches, gazing out at that breathtaking teal blue water, we knew this was the place we wanted to call home!

Destin is where Sarah and I have been happily married for 7 years, started a family, started a business and most importantly where we both started our personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. It is our pleasure to raise up both our family and our business in service to Him. God has blessed us with 3 little boys ages 5, 3 & 1 so far and we are still hoping for that little girl :). Why Trevor or Sarah Ladner chose Crystal Beach

This property is very special to us. We used to call it the 'Little Beach House' as we bought this property with a little old 1940's beach house on it. The location of this home is outstanding because it is so close to the Pompano St. Beach access. This access is one of the few in Destin that does not have stairs, which makes it a highly sought after street to vacation on here in Destins' Crystal Beach. We rented it out for 2 years in preparation for the construction of the 'Big Beach House'. Now that time has come. The Little Beach House has been removed and we are in the construction process right now. The home is scheduled to be completed in January of 2013.

The benefits of renting a brand new home are many. No wear and tear from years of rentals. Just clean, fresh and new.

We spent a wonderful week at the Big Beach House. The heated pool was great and allowed our group to have fun in the water even on a cooler day. The house is beautiful and immaculate. With every bedroom having an attached bath, it allowed everyone to be on their own sleeping and get-ready schedule. The kitchen is well-stocked with all kinds of cooking tools. The large dining table and long bar allowed us to enjoy big family dinners every night. We loved being so close to the beach (a short walk) and also to stores and restaurants. The owners are pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. We've stayed in many vacation beach houses over the years, and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely book it again.

This house was so great! It was perfect for our families. Comfy beds, spacious, right by the beach and a private heated pool made this vacation wonderful. Sarah and Trevor, the owners, were so nice and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you so much!!
