Escape to our beachfront condo at Carlos Pointe Beach Club, Unit 431, for a truly relaxing vacation. Our unit has been repainted, redecorated, and new windows/sliding doors have been installed.
Carlos Pointe is well-maintained, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, and is one of the most desirable destinations in Southwest Florida.
Many upgrades have just been made at the condo and include 3 new flat screen TVs, an in-room safe, a king size pillow-top mattress, dining table, dishes, pot/pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, and beach chairs.
If you have iPods, iPads, or iPhones, we have docking & charging stations all set for you. In the living room is a SoundFreaq dock with Bluetooth capability for iPod, iPhone, iPad + a USB port, and in the master bdrm is an iHome alarm clock.
A CD player w/ FM stereo is also available in the unit.
Running, walking, shelling,or relaxing with a good book are just a few of the activities you can do on the many miles of white sandy beaches. From all angles, you are surrounded by the beautiful tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A short walk over the drawbridge at Big Carlos Pass takes you to the entrance of Lovers Key State park. If you enjoy fishing, there's lots of good surf fishing at this end of the island.
Santini Marina Plaza, just a short 1.2 miles away, hosts community events and provides shopping, dining, and an ice cream shoppe to enjoy that evening ice cream cone!
Publix Super Market is also conveniently located approximately 3 miles to the north.
Our condo is located on the 4th floor, has free in-unit WiFi, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room and guest bedroom, and an in-room safe in the master closet. A phone is provided in the unit for local calling. A blow dryer is provided in each bathroom to save you from bringing your own & taking up valuable luggage space.
The condo's entrance is close to a nearby elevator making it easy to deliver luggage and groceries to your condo.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, updated cabinets, and Corian countertops. It is fully equipped and well stocked with cooking utensils, including a blender. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.
The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room, and offers a generous-sized wood dining table with 6 chairs.
An L-shaped living room provides additional space to move about more freely. A triple sliding door gives the unit lots of light, an open airy feeling, and opens on to the extra-large lanai. The living room is complete with a full size sleeper sofa, a loveseat, chair, and a new 32' flat screen TV. Bright colors give a true tropical feel.
The master bedroom offers a king size pillow-top mattress, a wall mounted 26' flat screen TV with remote, an iPhone alarm clock, dresser, night stands, and a walk-in closet. A sliding door opens to the lanai from the master bedroom.
An in-room safe is in the master closet to keep your laptop (up to 15 inches wide), along with other valuables.
During Fall 2014, the master bath was completely renovated with luxurious tile and granite throughout, and offers a tub/shower, comfort height toilet, & vanity with a mirror --- everything is brand new and beautiful!
Second bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, comfort height toilet, and vanity with a mirror. Just like the master bath, the second bath was completely renovated with luxurious tile and granite throughout, and everything is brand new and beautiful!
A sliding window provides a view to the back bay area from the second bedroom.
Twin beds in guest bedroom can be converted to a king bed, if requested in advance.
Linens are provided for all bedding, including the sleeper sofa.
A Pack-n-Play is available in the unit, in case you are traveling with little ones.
A cooler, 6 beach chairs, and a beach caddy are also provided.
Beach towels available for rent @ $5 PP for the length of stay.
You must be 30 years of age to rent condo.
A refundable deposit is required to guarantee booking.
Carlos Pointe is a no smoking, no pets allowed property.
NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY:
The Florida Clean Air Act mandates NO SMOKING in the lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and recreation rooms. There will be no cigar, cigarette, pipe or other smoking or grilling of food on the lanais, walkways outside of the condo door, or fenced-in pool area.
A smoking area has been created at the far south end of the building near the Grill Area.

We chose our condo because of its location at the quiet, south end of the island. Carlos Pointe is an easy 45 minute drive from Southwest Florida International (RSW) Airport in Ft. Myers. The management at Carlos Pointe takes pride in having a well-maintained property. Our 4th floor condo is conveniently located near the elevator to save you from carrying groceries and luggage long distances. The unit has an L-shaped living room and a triple sliding door providing lots of light, more space to move about, and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our unit's screened lanai is extra-wide (rather than the small, cramped areas of some lanais),providing generous private space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and tropical breezes. It's an easy walk to Lovers Key State Park or to the Big Carlos Pass drawbridge where there's excellent fishing. Condo is close to shopping & restaurants.
