The house and location are perfect, fabulous. It's as beautiful as the pictures depict when you arrive and have the opportunity to take in all the peacefulness and its' views. If you're looking to relax yet be close to the comforts of your vacation - the beach, shopping, restaurants, miniture golf & other activities - it's perfect. Grocery/liquor/pharmacy only a short block and a half walk away thru quiet neighborhood. Fabulous beach access just another block & a half in the other direction. Close to all the "tourist" areas you might want to enjoy but, if you're looking for quiet and relaxation with time to just de-stress, you may never want to leave home. It's just that great.
Being the first renters to this property we were pleased with our choice and hope we will have the opportunity to rent again in the future. The home and property are clean and well-furnished with a contemporary, peaceful & soothing decor. Instuctions are provided for contacts and ammenities at the home upon arrival.
The only dissappointment we encountered was the hot tub. Described as solar heated, it is not as such. We were looking forward to enjoying this at night, probably due to our being from the Midwest and it being mid-September. However, we were informed after arrival that it (heat) is only provided in the "winter" months.
Overall, would recommend to family & friends....maybe....we haven't decided if we want to share this great "home away from home" that we've found - we felt just that comfortable in this home.
