The 20' x 30' Master Bedroom Suite, like two of the other bedrooms, opens to the pool patio and features a walk-in closet, a 42' flatscreen, with Wifi-TV (Apple TV) and a DVD/VHS player, and a king-size Restoration Hardware bed.
Diagonally across the pool patio, you'll see the Pool View Suite, which features a new king, memory foam bed, a full bath, a generous mirrored closet and 32' Wifi-enabled flatscreen TV.
The Ocean View Suite, with a new king bed, has its own private patio looking out to the lush neighborhood and the ocean down the hill. This suite also features a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a 32' Wifi-enabled flatscreen TV, with a DVD player.
The Twin Bed Suite has its own large, full bathroom, four twin beds (including two trundles), a 32' TV with a VHS player, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the private pool. Like the Ocean View Suite and the Pool View Suite, this Suite is at the opposite end of the house from the family room and kitchen.
The dining table seats ten and the kitchen table seats eight and may be combined to entertain your extended family at Thanksgiving. Several people can work comfortably, preparing your meal in the fully-stocked kitchen with large granite island, gas burners and double oven.

This private home has the best possible location in La Jolla: on a quiet street, a 25-minute walk to Windansea beach, the Sunday Farmer's Market, and shops, museums and restaurants of the village. Tennis, basketball and handball courts, an Olympic-size pool, and well-cushioned track are at La Jolla High School, a half mile from the house.
In addition to the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards we have to loan our guests, we also provide the full range of linens, towels, and soap and paper products. We also equip the house with emergency equipment and supplies for your peace of mind.
