You Will Never Want To Leave - 36 St Tropez is a Luxury Mediterranean style beach home that will leave you breathless. Located in an upscale gated community with unbelievable surroundings, you will not be disappointed. Low density community with only 59 homes, deeded beach access & located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This home backs up to the community lagoon style pool surrounded by lush landscaping.

This home was designed with full time living in mind. Everything about this home is high end including all finishing, all appliances, window dressings, bedding, and decor. Professional appliances include Bosch dishwasher, 4 burner Dacor gas cook top, and Sub-Zero refrigerator.

As you enter the home, you will find 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bath. Each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms feature Queen beds, luxurious decorations, and flat panel TVs

The second floor is the living and entertainment floor with a large roomy living room, dining room, upgraded chefs dream kitchen and sliding glass doors leading out to the entertainment porch with cypress ceilings overlooking the courtyard pool.

The third floor is the unbelievable luxurious master retreat with large en-suite master bath, huge walk in closets, and a private balcony. Adjacent to the master suite is a separate room featuring a day bed with trundle for smaller children.

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and well stocked. We had 6 adults in the home and it was very comfortable. The location was great as well. Very close to the grocery store and the outlet mall. You have to cross the street for the beach, however it was very close and easy to get to. Not a far walk at all! I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property is absolutely magnificent. My family stayed here for a week on June 2, 2012 and we could not believe our eyes. The pool, hot tub, location, beautiful decor, etc. is so wonderful and the grocery store and outlet mall are in walking distance. We had several people over for dinner during the week and they could not believe the great price we paid for the luxury we got. They said they were going to book this property next year because it is so fabulous. But they have to get to it before I do. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
