Cabin, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7-9)

This South Lake Tahoe cabin is located in Highland Woods, close to Tahoe Keys. Just seven minutes to Heavenly Valley and state line, and a short five minute drive to the lake, where you can enjoy great skiing/snowboarding, casinos, shopping, dining, water activities and hiking trails.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin has been completely remodeled and newly furnished. The great room and kitchen features beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, wood stove, and plenty of seating.

The kitchen has brand new cabinets, floors, and granite counter tops, plus a dining area with a new table and chairs. The Knotty Alder cabinets are loaded with accessories, making it easy for you to cook for your friends and family.

The open kitchen leads into the great room, which has new carpet and a new wood fire stove that heats the entire downstairs area with ease. The seating area has new sofas and tables, so you can kick back and watch your favorite TV shows or movies on a 40-inch LCD HDTV and DVD/VCR dual player (some movies are provided). The cable Internet is connected to a WI-FI with speeds up to 18 mbps.

The Master Bedroom and upstairs bedroom are completely furnished and both have new queen-sized Plush Pillow Top mattresses. The third bedroom acts as a loft with three twin beds and, a futon. There's also a foosball table and a 25- inch TV connected to a PlayStation 2 with a selection of exciting games, In the closet, you will find plenty of popular board games and cards, making this loft perfect for kids.

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, and there's even a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.

This cabin can sleep up to 9 people; 2 in the Master Bedroom, 2 in the upstairs bedroom and 5 in the loft (3 twin beds + 2 on the futon).

Pleasant and Satisfying Stay at Tanglewood

We're regular Tahoe vacationers and we've stayed at many different cabins/hotels/houses. We'd definitely return to this particular cabin. It was clean, modernized, comfortable, sapcious, affordable, close to the casinos and Heavenly (that's where we snowboarded), yet quiet and peaceful. In addition, the owner was easy to work with, and he made check out very convenient...we gave it a quick wipe down and the maid service took care of the rest :) We'd book it again if it's available on our next visit to Tahoe :)

Excellent property

This cabin is nearly new on the inside! There is new carpet and paint throughout the home, and we had a great time. Everything worked as expected, and the entire experience was a pleasure. We will be returning to this property the next time we head to South Lake Tahoe!

Perfect Cabin for a Holiday Weekend

My wife and I were looking for a cabin for a quick getaway during a Holiday Weekend. We found this cute cabin that met all of our needs. Not only was the location perfect, but the owners completely renovated it from top to bottom, inside and out! Everything was brand new - the floors, carpet, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, linens and re-built deck. We are already planning our next getaway. Thanks Nathan and Tina!!:)

Fantastic Tahoe Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at your cabin. It was newly remodeled and newly furnished in browns and aquas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from a coffee maker to toaster to every utensil and silverware piece I could imagine. Our favorite restaurant was an Italian place close to Stateline across the street from the lake. Can't remember the name of it but it was something like Villa Roma. Yep, I'm pretty sure that was it. It's close to all kinds of stores, the lake, and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. I would recommend this cabin to my friends and relatives. Book it! You'll have a great time!

Great Cabin for a Weeks Vacation

My wife and I looked for a cabin to rent for a week in South Lake Tahoe. We have specific items that needed to be met: It needed to be presented well on the listing; It needed to be updated (5-10 years or newer), instead of old and out dated cabins we've stayed in before; There needed to be enough room to sleep our family; It needed to be close to everything, yet far enough away for a peaceful neighborhood; There needed to be a big backyard for our kids to play; The beds needed to be comfortable; The kitchen needed to be fully stocked as we like to cook our favorite foods while on vacation; There needed to be a family room where we could all be together and watch TV or our favorite movies; There needed to be a separate room for the kids to play video games, board games, pool and/or foosball; There needed to be a fast Internet connection; There needed to be enough parking for our big SUV; Above all, it had to be REASONABLY PRICED! This cabin exceeded our expectations. Not only were the owners a pleasure to work with, we no longer need to keep looking for a cabin to stay at. Our entire family now views this as our 2nd home!
