Ski, hike, fish, take a swim at Belleayre Lake, relax, and unwind on Adirondak chairs around the firepit or get the grill going. Just a few minutes from Belleayre ski, lake, hiking trails, world-class fishing, restaurants, and other seasonal and year-round activities.
Watch the wildlife from a large wrap-around deck or relax and read a book listening to the sounds of a mountain creek on the side of the house. Enjoy the moment and leave your worries behind!
The house is on a private road. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter.

The space

Situated on a 4.5 acres lot. Less than 8 mins from ski, minutes from fishing and hiking,15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, coffee, and more.
Also, there is a beautiful, serene mountain creek on the side of the house. You can listen to it from the deck or from the second-floor bedroom when the window is open.
The large wrap around deck with large umbrella, 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 benches for outdoor dining and socializing. We also have a charcoal grill ready for you.
There is a firepit and Adirondack chairs behind the house with plenty of wood prepped for it. Please don't use the firewood that is on the deck or in the house outside. Firewood is strictly for inside the house heating.

The House

This is a 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms house. Guests can access the whole house except one closet in the hallway on the 2nd floor. We use it to store personal belongings.
We have a high speed WIFI, over 282 mbps. More than enough for streaming, video conference and more.
There are thermostats in every room and bathroom including living and dining rooms to insure your comfort. We also have a woodburning stove/fireplace with complimentary firewood for your enjoyment.
In the summer we install window A/Cs in the bedrooms upstairs and in the living room. (You will probably only use it a few weeks a year. There is a huge tree shielding the roof from direct sun. It keeps the house cool even in the hottest months.

Bedrooms (clean, fresh linens and blankets provided)

1st floor bedroom with a queen bed.
2nd floor bedrooms with 2 and 3 twin beds. There is a comfortable computer desk and an office chair in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms for privacy and work.

Fully stocked bathrooms (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, toilet paper, etc.)

1st floor full bathroom with shower.
2nd floor full bathroom with free standing soaking bathtub and separate shower.

Living room

TV. Roku TV, 5 speaker stereo system, sofa, loveseat, wood-burning stove/fireplace, indoor electronic darts game and plenty of board games for a rainy day or a cozy cold evening. Newly updated updated washer and dryer are hidden in the large closet behind a closed door for you to use along with complimentary laundry detergent.

Fully stocked kitchen

Large 4 burner stove with griddle, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with expresso cappuccino and ice coffee functions, complimentary coffee beans, coffee grinder, tea, toaster. Utensils, cookware including frying and cooking pans, b b, pepper (black, chilly, etc.), spices (coriander, Italian mix, steak seasoning ...), paper towels and more!

Dining room

Open dining room with a large table. There are 4 chairs in the picture, but there are plenty more chairs in the house.

Parking

There is 2 car parking on the right side of the house, and plenty of parking bellow the house. If there are more than 2 cars, you can park there and then it is a short 50-70 feet walk up to the house.

Other things to note

The house is on a private, slightly uphill, dirt road.
The road is bumpy, and a 4-wheel drive is advised. However, we don't have any issues going up and down on our little Hyundai Kona, but we wanted to let you know in advance :)
