Well-appointed, furnished 2 BR, 2 BA turnkey condo with internet and Wi-Fi in the luxury Lely Resort community. Coral Falls has its own heated swiming pool and hot tub. Shopping at the local grocery store is a short walk. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and adjoining bathroom with private access to the lanai. The second bedroom features twin beds. Ceiling fan in living room and both bedrooms.

Weekly or Monthly rental. Minutes to Marco Beaches, Naples Beaches, Fine Dining Restaurants and Shopping Centers.

Why The Owner chose Lely

My childhood family vacations were to Florida. I have such wonderful memories of those vacations that when my parents bought their retirement home in Naples, my daughter and I continued the family tradition of vacationing in this area. I purchased this condo so that our family, that now includes grandchildren, can create those special family memories that they will cherish for life.

What makes this condo unique

When I stay at the condo, I enjoy the quiet mornings sitting on the lanai. I am minutes from Tiger Tail Beach on Marco Island or great restaurants in downtown Naples. And, of course, there are shops galore. Location, location, location!

There are two golf courses open to the public within 2 miles of Coral Falls, Flamingo Island and The Mustang Course. You can get more information about the courses at www.americangolf.com.
