I LOVE Marco Island. I fell in love with it over 20 years ago and recently made my dream come true of owning on this island paradise. I bought my unit due to location, view, amenities, and the 'local feel' of the location. I was in real estate for over 6 years, and have been in thousands of homes and worked with builders. I knew my unit had great potential, so I gutted the place and put in fabulous upgrades in every area. EVERYTHING is NEW!!!! New kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher which most units do not have. New walk in tiled shower. New furniture and everything you would use during your stay is NEW!!! Flat screen t.v's, blue ray player, wifi. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. But as great as the condo is...Let's face it you are coming for the weather, beaches, water, boating, fishing, biking, sunshine, seafood, rest and relaxation. But when you need a place to sleep and eat, trust me...you will not be dissapointed. This remodel was a true labor of love. PLUS!!!! You have your own designated covered parking space in the same building. This is a PREMIUM upgrade!

I am a true sun and fun seeker. I do not like large crowds, and enjoy peaceful paradise. Don't get me wrong...Disney World is great, but I need waves lapping on the beach and seashells galore to collect and display.

Easy drive from Fort Myers Airport...RSW and not bad from Miami either! Love to sip my morning coffee at the marina watching pelicans dive for breakfast. Mature landscaping and swaying palm trees. Peaceful paradise. I absolutely chose this condo unit for the view out from the lanai. Look over the pool to the marina...so what if gorgeous palm trees block some of the view...makes it even more appealing. I love being able to be out at pool and just walk right up to the tiki bar on site for a drink or grab a light snack or meal. Swimsuit attire is always acceptable! People are so friendly too!! Easy to pick up a conversation with the locals who live there or those on vacation. If you are a sports fan, you will need to find the Sand Bar just 1 block from unit. GREAT food, drinks, happy hour specials and TONS of flat screen t.v.'s to watch and cheer on your team. No need to drive there either, it is so close...so enjoy!
Why I love a condo rental over a hotel. Saves so much money by having a full kitchen to lower costs of eating out. Favorite grocery stores are close by. Winn-Dixie and Publix. Within walking distance if you are up for it. Also close by is the Paradise Seafood Market. Right on Bald Eagle Drive. Grab fresh seafood for dinner, or something they have prepared. I have a passion for cooking, so I refused to skimp on kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc... If you need it it will be there.
PLUS...A GLORIOUS King Bed. My theme throughout is the symbol of hospitality as found in the Pineapple. Look closely...you will see it throughout, along with all of the shells which my daughter and I collected on Marco Beach. My hobby and passion. Having the Penthouse level and corner unit is also a great plus for not having to listen to neighbors above or on both sides.
Linda's condo was a great place to stay. Our flight was early getting in and we were able to get in there earlier than the check in time. The condo had everything that we could need and want. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to eat most breakfasts and lunchs there.
The view was perfect. The grounds, pools and hot tubs were kept in great condition while we were there. Everyone that we talked to at the condo, they all seemed to enjoy the place and had very positive comments.
My husband and I really enjoyed Marco Island and we will be back. We celebrated our 5th anniversary, this was a perfect place.
We rented a car so Linda's covered parking spot was very handy and nice. There are places that you can walk to as well as use a car.
We absolutely loved this condo! It was decorated beautifully. Had everything you would need for your vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony at night. Very short drive to the beaches, which was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a great time at Angler's Cove. It's a perfect location for those looking to escape for a vacation without breaking the bank. The pool is perfect for days, and the Island has plenty of shops, restaurants, etc to keep your party entertained at night. The owner was very easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay worthwhile.
We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Everything we needed was there and the quality top notch. It was clean and comfortable and we love the location. It was a short walk to shop and eat-we like the Sand Bar. Thanks for sharing your place. We would love to rent from you again! Andy & Anne
The owner has done an excellent job with a recent remodel and has thought of everything. The view of the marina is relaxing and the pool area is perfect. Sun is available at one of the pool all day long. Dolphin Tikki Bar has excellent food and drink and is on property. We had a great week and are already planning a return trip. There are tons of things today within a short distance or you can do nothing and just relax.
This condo was everything we could have hoped for in the perfect vacation rental. The owner was very accommodating and a delight to work with. The property, grounds, and surrounding areas promote such a clean and comfortable atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and the Tiki Bar right on site as well as a nice variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Marco Island's beautiful beaches are incredible. Can't wait to go back!
