Newly renovated, amazing 8th Floor Ocean-Front Condo ideal for couples wanting to stay 4 to 7 nights or more. We regretfully do not accept 3 nights or less in part due to the costs and the logistics.

FULL Ocean front condo conveniently located on the 8th floor with amazing views. Beauty rest KING bed, new good quality linen. Wi-Fi internet access for the duration of your stay, Brand New LG 42 inch flat screen TV mounted to the wall.
Granite tops in a beautifully renovated Kitchenette, microwave, induction heated 'hot plate' and refrigerator, including toaster, kettle, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils and pots / pans, etc.
NOTE: Food, tea and coffee etc. not included, but feel free to bring your own. We do however include some complimentary beverages and snacks for you to enjoy on arrival and during your stay :-)
All linens and bath towels included. ( beach towels NOT included )
Prefer not to cook ... many great restaurants within a short walk, including a number of places to eat close by and YES, Starbucks and Martin's ( highly recommended ) for breakfast across the way!

We have gone on many trips in the past and had okay locations and okay accommodations.

Rob, Just wanted to let you know that we are all settled in. Your place is so incredible. Also, thank you for the drinks and snacks! It was well needed after the long, stressful drive down. As previously mentioned this Condo is privately managed and we take pride in keeping it clean and well maintained at all times. Keyless entry, so no key to worry about.
Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, Steam room, Sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river. Also a wonderful SPA right on site to enjoy a facial or relaxing massage after a day on the beach or one of the local golf courses! There are a number of restaurants and many others within a short walking distance. Located within a 5 minute drive to the Boardwalk and 5 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, it simply doesn't get much better!
