This exclusive 3 bedroom- and 2 baths-home is built in the gated community Briarwood. It offers an open floor plan overlooking the biggest lake of the community. This house offers a South facing pool area. It is brand new designer furnished in August / September 2005 and gorgeous decorated. The living room, dining area, kitchen and nook are tiled; the 3 bedrooms got a light wall to wall carpet. Each bedroom has an own TV. We also have games for the family and a game cube with games in the living room. Come to enjoy that jewel with your family. It is just a 14 minute drive to the Naples Pier beach and about 12 minutes to drive to downtown Naples.
