Designed for fun and relaxation, the hacienda will comfortably accommodate 10 adults and up to 4 children in the main house.We also have a new private Beachside Luxury Suite that will accommodate up to 4 additional guests; Our new suite has 20 ft ceilings and spectacular views!

With numerous areas for entertaining, it's the perfect venue for traveling with friends or family. We designed the Villa as a boutique getaway that you can enjoy as your own vacation home, but with all the services of a fine Hotel. Enjoy kayaking and snorkeling on your own beach, or a just short ride to one of the Riviera Maya's aqua parks or the Tulum Ruins. For those who want to pamper themselves, our spa services include massage, yoga, manicure and many Mayan, holistic, and Ayurvedic treatments.

Our housekeeping staff is on duty Monday through Saturday to make your stay comfortable; luxury linens, great bathrooms with Mayan spa amenities and a world class chef. We offer 3 meal plans for in-home or al-fresco dining. Lunch and dinner at the villa or we can make reservations at some of the best spots on the Riviera Maya; just let us know your needs and we will make every effort to assure they are fulfilled.

Buena Suerte Soliman is pleased to announce it's new GRANDE PALAPA SUITE. This fabulous addition to our property is a totally private King suite directly overlooking the sea. The luxurious Palapa has 20-foot ceilings, with exotic wood beams and it's own patio. In addition to a glass enclosed bathroom with Caribbean views the suite also comes with a refrigerator/mini bar and an extra bed.

Family vacation at Casa Buena Suerte

Our three generation family recently completed a wonderful vacation at Casa Buena Suerte.
Photos do not do justice to the house or the setting.
The house, the setting on a wonderful calm bay and the staff made for a unique stay enjoyed by all.
The location is convenient to several local excellent tourist attractions.
The house is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed.
The beach is at your door and is wonderful for Kayaking, snorkeling or just relaxing in the hammocks or lounge chairs provided.
Hugo,the manager is gracious and extremely helpful for aspects of your stay.
We used Jose,the chef, for six dinners that were fabulous.
We would highly recommend this property for adults and children of all ages..

A wonderful vacation

I stayed at Casa Buena Suerte for a recent vacation, and it coudn't have been more perfect. The location is beautiful -- right on the beach -- and it is very private. The house is nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. We had 7 people, but could have had many more and it wouldn't have felt crowded. The staff at the house -- especially Hugo -- became part of the family. They couldn't have been more generous or accomodating. The location of the house is very convenient to get to downtown Tulum (about 15 minutes), the ceynotes (5 minutes), great restaurants and other highlights. Hugo arranged for a masseuse and a yoga instructor to come to the house, which was incredibly relaxing. I give Casa Buena Suerte very high marks!

The house was absolutely beautiful, and impeccable service. The house was very well appointed, and everything was of excellent quality. The staff was amazing. At one point, I declared that if I was on a desert island, and could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be the chicken fajitas the staff made.

A truly first class experience

My wife and I got married at Casa Buena Suerte on March 17, 2012, and everything about it was absolutely amazing. The premises are beautiful, the house is very spacious and nicely appointed. The outdoor space and pool are particularly special, and we enjoyed much time relaxing out there with our guests. The roof deck is very cool as well. As for the staff, I can't emphasize enough how incredible they are. The level of service was first class and everyone was so friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond what was expected. The food was delicious and we found ourselves wanting to stay at the house and eat rather than go out. In short, the villa and it's staff exceeded our expectations and we can recommend it highly without hesitation.

The Perfect Mexican Vacation Home!

We cannot say enough good things about our week at Casa Buena Suerte. It was fantastic. The house and the grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained. The seating area outside on the lanai was our favorite. We would gather in the morning for coffee and usually for cocktails before dinner.
We were not quite sure what to expect from the food. Boy were we surprised. The food was unbelievable. Not only the flavorful taste but the presentation was always perfect. Even our lunches were gourmet. The salads and the home made touches were always a surprise. Did I mention the desserts. WOW! Jose and George were great chefs, met every need and exceeded every expectation. The Fish tacos for lunch were the best we ever had and were our favorite.
From David and his crew picking us up from the airport to our final toast with the house staff, we had a most enjoyable vacation and could not recommend Casa Buena Suerte enough. Thanks for the champagne and making the house so inviting. Can’t wait to return!
