the townhouse was good option for our recent stay for our family. Clean, great location, safe neighborhood with shopping center /grocery store within walking distance. We had an excellent stay in Metairie/New Orleans
The house is spacious and clean. We enjoyed it though we had to rent a car to visit around.
However, it is filled with China and easily breakable decorations everywhere. There is also a very extensive instruction guide with confusing and contradictory information. We managed to not break anything, but still were charged $200 in fees for things that are questionable and we could not verify because the people that were supposed to meet us for the final check did not show up.

Refund terms are: 100% refunded if cancelled more than 180 days prior to check-in. Within 180 days of check-in, refunds made only upon successful re-rental at same or greater rate.

If the Check-in date is more than 90 days from the date of rental, a Deposit of $2,000.oo is due with the application. The balance will be due not later than 90 days prior to the Check-in date.
If the Check-in date is within 90 days, a Deposit of the entire Balance Due is due immediately.
The Deposit is non-refundable except as noted.
