This beautiful and bright ocean view home in Waldport offers a taste of the Mediterranean with custom features throughout.

The main living space is a beautifully decorated living room with a large TV with cable and a DVD player. There is also a Wii game system that is perfect for streaming movies or playing games. There is an inviting gas fireplace that keeps you cozy on those crisp winter nights.

The kitchen and dining area are appointed with all of the extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 benches that is the perfect gathering place for the family meals and the kitchen has a water cooler, a waffle iron and a kitchen aid handmixer to go with all of the essentials so it is great place to try out a new recipe!

The master suite is the perfect escape as it offers grand ocean views and a large soaking tub that will take you to the ultimate level of relaxation.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of space so it is an excellent place for a second couple.

The home is on a one level floor plan with a stepped up office space with spectacular ocean views and a stepped down bedroom for the kids that is complete with games and a TV with a variety of movie options.

The office offers the best views in the house and it has a complete setup including a printer and an expansive work desk so you can take care of business while you are away.

The stepped down kids room has two twin beds and a twin trundle bed that can turn into a king bed.

The house also features a deck with crab cooking equipment and a gas grill. The house is located in the beautiful Bayshore community which features a pool that can be accessed for a daily fee and there is a beautiful stretch of sandy beach that ends at the bay in one direction where there is often a group of sea lions that you can watch as they soak up the sun and play in the sea!

The Bayshore Beach Club is nearby and offers access to a seasonal pool and activity room with a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, fitness equipment, etc. for a daily fee.

Waldport is just 14 miles south of the center of Newport and the many attractions there including the Rogue Brewery, the Aquarium and Ripley's Believe it or Not. There are several quaint shops in Waldport as well and the bridge is a beautiful landmark that welcomes you to town. Whether you prefer strolls on the beach or crabbing in the bay, Waldport has it all. The home even comes with crabbing equipment available for guest use!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked home with a great layout! We stayed with another small family and had room to spare. Absolutely recommend this place to all.

This house is great!
We rented this house for our annual "grandkids trip" and it was perfect for us. The greatroom effect meant that whether we were cooking, eating, playing a game or watching a movie, you were always "together". The kids loved having the WII to play. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the four girls to share. The house was very clean as well as being stocked with everything we needed. Obviously the owners love this home, and it's reflected in the decor and the condition of the house. We would recommend this rental to families, or two or three couples traveling together.

A Home away from Home. :)
A very comfortable and accomadating home. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming as well. It felt like a home away from home. :)
