Healdsburg Vacation Rental house

This lovely little cottage is really a unique and hard to find category for a few guests or 2 couples. Furnished smartly, and priced right, this cottage offers big amenities for the vacation home traveler.

Set on one acre, there is off street parking through gates, a hobby vineyard, and outdoor seating area. A large deck and hot tub sits outside the french doors entering the kitchen.

The property owners have furnished it with a french country feel, with straw matting, tile counters and floors, lovely bedroom draperies, and bedding quilts and comforters.

As our guests walk into the front door (through a small gate) they enter the living room. This area has an oversize TV/DVD, armchair sofa, a second sleeper sofa and comfy chairs. There is a wood burning fireplace, and dining area enough for 6 guests.

To the left of the living room area are two bedrooms, each with queen bed and wonderfully comfortable mattresses and linens. Walking through the living room area our guests access the kitchen area with modern appliances and inside laundry area. Adjacent to the laundry area is the full bathroom, with pedestal sink and combo tub/shower.

The many wonderful amenities include high speed Internet access, walking/bicycling to town (just a few minutes by car), large hot tub, newly furnished, and one acre of property.
