Peaceful and comfortable 1800 sq.ft. private home with beautiful mountain views, natural greenspace behind fenced yard along the Spring Creek hiking and biking trails. Completely furnished with new leather furniture in both upstairs and downstairs living room areas and 3 extremely comfortable bedrooms with new 1 King and 2 Queen matresses. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with outdoor deck and barbecue area. 3-D television, satellite and Wi-Fi provided. Two town bikes are available for use on the trails. Qiuet neighborhood that is close and convenient to shopping, and many other activities.

Rob and Sue live in Arizona. They love to hike and bike and enjoy the peaceful surroundings with their sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren. We love Colorado and Fort Collins.

Why Sue Ellsworth chose Fort Collins

Two of our sons fell in love with Fort Collins while attending CSU many years ago. Our third son is now planning on relocating here as well. We have 2 Grandchildren in Fort Collins and love visiting them and sharing family time in Colorado. We now live in Arizona and felt the need to find a comfortable home with beautiful open space behind the property with views of the mountains. We love biking and hiking and seeing the horses and wildlife as we enjoy the beautiful and convenient Spring Creek Trail. We wish we had found a home like this to enjoy when we used to visit our sons while in college. We wanted a very friendly home with great views and very comfortable beds and furnishings to enjoy while visiting. We hope other couples and families will enjoy our home here.

family gatherings, barbecueing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful views of the mountains and trees. Hiking and biking on the Spring Creek Trails. Convenient shopping close by.
