Pointe Santo is a beautiful 142 unit Sanibel Gulf-front complex located on West Gulf Drive and is right on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. It's been rated the top complex on Sanibel, and Sanibel itself was selected as the number one beach vacation destination in Florida -and number 4 in the U.S.!

Our D31 two bedroom, two bath corner-unit offers direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lush, tropical landscaping that surrounds the complex. Sit on the screened Lanai and enjoy the beautiful view! There is access to the Lanai through sliding glass doors from the living room and the master bedroom. Unit D31 was recently upgraded and beautifully redecorated and has all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible... It sleeps up to six (King Master BR; 2-Twins Guest BR; Queen Sofa bed) - includes linen service, has an elevator from your reserved parking spot to your third floor corner unit, and it's fully air conditioned.

Your Amenities At Corner Unit D31: D31 has two large Flat-Screen HDTV's with full new 400-channel-plus HD Digital Cable with HBO in both the Living Room and Master Bedroom, and digital cable color TV in the guest bedroom. Free Internet Wi-Fi wireless (version n) and Ethernet & printer connections in the Clubhouse. Free weekday supervised children's shelling and activity program. And, of course, swimming in the Gulf and shelling on the beach (world destination for shellers!), chaise lounges, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Sanibel offers bike trails throughout the island, the famous Ding Darling bird sanctuary, theater performances, shops, great restaurants, and much more.

had a wonderful time in sanibel. condo had everything plus a terrific view of the gulf,parking was good and short walk to beach and pool. would return in a heartbeat.

We have been vacationing in Sanibel for a long time and felt that our experience at this condo was terrific- love being at the far end of the Island our of the traffic and congestion. Accommodations were wonderful- beautifully furnished. We are heading back for sure next year. Owner was very helpful in making sure we understood everything about the resort and the condo.

The condo is lovely, the weather was perfect and our stay most enjoyable.
Of course the pool, and the magnificent Gulf, were great sources of pleasure.
