Our home is located on the quiet south end of Wrightsville Beach Island just 200 yards from the beach and less than 100 yards from Banks Channel. We fondly refer to it as our 'Coastal Karma.'
Open the door and you'll be welcomed with bright sunshine, beautiful water views, spacious living areas, and new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is very large, all of the dishes and glassware are brand new, and it's fully stocked with everything you could need (e.g., microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans, utensils, serving dishes, plastic storage containers for leftovers), and lots and lots of cabinets.
Sit comfortably on the new leather living room furniture, look straight out the large picture window, and watch the boats, water skiers, and others go by on Banks Channel. Or, enjoy the 46-inch HD television while others sit nearby in the dining room to eat, talk, play games, and more.
The private master king bedroom and bath are lovely as you can see from the pictures. It is newly painted (December 2011) and has brand-new furniture, a 32-inch LCD TV, a large closet with lots of hangars, and a great cross-breeze for refreshing spring and fall evenings. Walk into your private bathroom and enjoy!
The queen bedroom is also lovely with brand-new furnishings, large closet, and 32-inch LCD TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and another large closet, and is comfortable for both kids and adults.
Both bedrooms are just a few short steps to the second full bath. That bathroom was just remodeled and enlarged. It has a brand new shower and vanity. The laundry area is on the side with full-size washer and dryer, and lots of towel racks and hooks throughout the area.
Note that ALL bedrooms have brand new sheets, blankets, pillows, and bedspreads. Just be sure to bring your own bath towels and beach towels! Everything else is provided.
The house has central AC and heat, so you're sure to be comfortable no matter the weather.
To enjoy the outside of our home, use the front door or the sliding glass door. Both take you to large decks, great for watching the water, boats, people, and 'life' on the south end of Wrightsville Beach. Be sure to walk up to the widow's porch for a truly magnificent view!
Another extra is covered parking for 4 vehicles! That's really important in WB because of the strict non-parking on side street ordinances. In the parking area, you'll find some 'comfortably used' beach chairs, a skim board, and a boogie board.
