This gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located in the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort! This is a privately owned condo so some hotel amenities are not included. However, you are paying discounted condo rates for a top of the line beachfront hotel! Dine at the famous Sale E Pepe fine restaurant, the poolside bar & grill or a spectacular restaurant/bar just off the pathway to the beach. You have your own private, covered parking spot free of charge. Equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave and small fridge. Relax by the pool and hot tub, put your feet in the sand, or unwind by getting a massage at one of the top rated spas right on site. Water sport rentals are also available on the beach! Other restaurants, shopping and movie theater are within walking distance.

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times. The condo with kitchen is perfect for us and our newborn. The location is great. It's a 2 mile walk to Starbucks and about a 1.5 mile walk down the beach to Tigertail. The pool is very nice with good food. The owner was very helpful and we had no issues.

Stunning Sunsets from Balcony

We loved staying at this condo! We loved making our own meals & drinks in the evening and watching the sunset from the balcony. My husband said this was the most relaxing vacation he's ever been on. Bird watching and shelling on the beach were exceptional. I'm thinking about going back again! :) The owner is very good to work with. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The view from the condo is beautiful, you can watch the sunset every evening. The pool was perfect for lounging. It is smaller, so it is more conducive to adults sunning than kids playing. Renting from an "owner", rather than the resort makes the chairs on the beach, and the maid and valet service unavailable, but these are small compared to the difference in cost. Chairs can be rented next to the hotel chairs for a small fee. I would definitely rent again.

We stayed at this condo for a week in December and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The condo owner supplied everything we needed for a great vacation including beach chairs. The photos accurately depict the condo. The views of sunsets over the gulf were outstanding. We've been to Marco Island many times but will definitely return to this property for another stay. We could walk to local restaurants and shopping, parking was convenient, the pool was a tropical oasis and the owner was excellent to work with.
