Amazing wine country retreat

Having stayed in a hotel in Napa once before this trip my group (two couples) decided to do a vacation rental in Healdsburg away from the madness in Napa. It was a really good decision. The pictures don't necessarily do the Jimtown house much justice. The house has a huge common area with a great modern kitchen. The back patio is very comfortable and the hot tub usable, clean, and fun! The house is literally across the street from a huge vineyard and there is a fruit orchard in the back yard that the owners encourage you to use. We picked blackberries and other fruit every morning. The house is stocked with nice cooking utensils (even some All-Clad!) and lots of towels (we really appreciated this).
One one side of the house is a really small church that is lit up at night making from some really neat night time atmosphere. On the other side is the Jimtown store. We bought last minute grocery items there (and wine when we ran out!).
The house is located right outside (about 5 mins drive) from Headlsburg's downtown. There are groceries nearby and wineries everywhere. If you are interested in restaurants, Healdsburg also has LOTS of really good ones. The house is also located on the road that leads south through Calistoga, St Helena and Napa. You can do this drive for a very scenic, fun side trip. You can also be in the Russian River in 10 mins as well as other wine regions of Sonoma County.
The calendar is not up to date on this listing. You are best off calling the phone number and just talking to the managers. I worked with Sylvia who was very helpful throughout the booking process.
I will never stay in a hotel again in this area. Thanks for providing such an amazing house!
