We invite you to enjoy our family's own treasured 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo. Sitting on the 8th floor, our condo is waiting and ready for you to come indulge in all that St. Pete Beach has to offer! Enjoy your meals on the enclosed balcony while watching dolphins, birds, boats, and an occassional manatee float by. Watch the sun melt into the gulf in all its splendor from the privacy of your own living room. Fall asleep listening to the tropical gulf breezes and waves crashing. Swim in the ocean-front pool or walk the beach picking up seashells, both are just outside your door. The condo features two large sized bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen t.v.s and brand new furniture. We have just finished a major remodel including new paint, tile, stainless kitchen appliances, toliets, and all new furniture. The condo features central air and cable tv. Come escape the cold weather and relax!
Location, location, location!: Our condo is on the 8th floor of a 10 story condo building located on the north end of St. Pete Beach. The complex features a large oceanside pool, shuffleboard courts, and direct beach access. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Washer and dryers are located on each floor and are free for residents' use.
You couldn't ask for a better location on St. Pete Beach. There are so many great beach restaurants and bars within walking distance. Several supermarkets and drug stores are less than a mile away. The beach trolley offers convient travel up and down the beach with numerous stops so you don't even need to drive yourself! . Tthe St. Pete Beach Community Center with its terrific child-friendly activities is only 12 blocks away.
St. Pete Beach Area: St. Pete Beach is an amazing beach destination with the laid-back feeling of old Florida with a mixture of local residents, snow birds, and family vacationers. The list of things to do here are endless! Like to eat or drink? You have a a plentiful choice of restaurants and beach bars. Like to shop? Tyrone Mall and numerous department stores/boutiques are close by. Like to enjoy all that living on the beach has to offer? The possibilities are too numerous to list here, but a few choices include swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, jetskiing, surf fishing, deep sea fishing, surfing, and shell-collecting. Enjoy museums? Nearby St. Petersburg has some of the best including the Salvatore Dali Museum, Florida Holocaust Museum, and Florida International Museum. Enjoy nature and animals? Visit Sunken Gardens or the Pier Aquarium. Nearby Tampa offers an infinite amount of more things to do: Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, flea markets, more shopping, water parks, etc. Have fun!
Our favorites!: Here is a list of our family's favorite things to do when we are in town! All are close-by. Fort Desoto - great beaches, campground, historic fort! The Pier in St. Pete - great shopping, wonderful restaurants, and an aquairum. Spring training baseball game at St. Pete Forum! St. John's pass - great shopping, fun family entertainment and restaurants. Wagon Wheel Flea Market in St. Pete - its just fun to people watch here! Some of our favorite restaurants include: Columbia's - great Spanish/Cuban food, steaks, salad, and sangria (St. Pete Pier and on Clearwater Beach), Bubba Gump Shrimp Company - fun! (St. Johns Pass), Skidder's - local diner-type restaurant that's great for breakfast (on Gulf Blvd.), Crabby Bills - seafood on the beach (Gulf Blvd.), Nori Thai - great pad thai (on Gulf Blvd.), and Snappers Sea Grill - very good seafood (Gulf Blvd.).
