Sunriver boasts the premier recreational activities in the Northwest, from snow sports in winter to golf, kayaking and horseback riding in the warmer months. When you stay at 1 Raccoon Lane, all the fun is right outside your door.

This classic, comfortable Sunriver vacation home is located just off Circle 2, which offers quick access to paved bike trails that traverse the area. The house features four adult bikes and a child's bike for an easy ride to the newly renovated Village at Sunriver. The Village is filled with restaurants, shops and even our local ice cream and candy store. You're also minutes away from SHARC, the fabulous new aquatic center with pools, play areas, a year-round tubing hill and much more. You receive six free passes to SHARC for your stay.

You'll find all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated, one-story home that boasts 1,700 square foot. The great room living area has an inviting stone fireplace, a cathedral ceiling with skylights and large windows looking out onto a quiet cul-de-sac and a secluded forest. The living area adjoins a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which access a wraparound deck complete with a barbecue.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this vacation home contains plenty of room for your family or a group of golf buddies. The remodeled master suite has its own private wing with a full bath, Queen bed and French doors that open to the deck. Two other sleeping areas include a queen bedroom with bath and a two-twin bedroom.

This is a great home in Sunriver. It's worth noting that there isn't a TV in the living room, but if you'd rather read a book by the fire, it's perfect.

Vacasa did a great job of preparing this property for guests. Locating the property was a little more challenging than indicated in the directions, but manageable. Everything one might need was there. We felt very much at home while there. Sunriver is an excellent locale for any level of activity, year round. Our thanks to the property owners for making this location available to the public.

Wonderful weekend at #1 Racoon Lane in Sunriver

Everything was as advertised or better. Great house and furnishings. Self check-in is a nice feature. Just show up at house and use security code to get key. I would definitely use use Vacasa rental company again and stay in this property any time I am going to Sunriver. Pet friendly so Bo enjoyed his stay as well.
