5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, sleeps 10

Beautifully decorated and built in 2008 - our home features a large family room with a gas fireplace that allows everyone to be together - a dining table that seats 8 and a large granite island with bar stools. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops - it is designed for those in the family who love to eat while they watch those who love to cook!

The first floor features an open floor plan of the family room, kitchen, and dining area, with a half-bath off the entry, plus a bedroom with a king bed with it's own bath. The family room opens to the outside through 2 sets of sliding glass doors onto the deck which has a gas grill, patio table for 6, and 5 wonderful rocking chairs!

The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with its own private bath. The master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom a king bed, the 3rd bedroom a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom a king bed.

There is a TV/DVD in every bedroom and a plasma TV with Blueray/DVD in the family room.

The Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and we are providing a large wagon (30'x48') you can use to pull all your towels, sand-buckets, and toddlers!

After the Beach, come home to a cool, tranquil backyard with pool and hot tub! The outdoor enclosed shower and landscaped yard are completely fenced in. There is a kids picnic table and water/play table. The swimming pool is heated with no additional fee April through October (heat turned off November through March).

We want to encourage families to enjoy our home as our 3 daughters have 8 children (5 years old and under). Because of all our grandchildren we know what will make your vacation easier with small children: 2 Pac-N-Plays with sheets, 2 high chair seats that strap onto a dining chair, an ExerSaucer, 2 baby monitors, and 1 white-noise machine!

Beautiful, quiet, spectacular from every angle!

These photos do not do this home justice! From the gorgeous wood floors to the elegant kitchen that EVERYONE wanted to mimic once we got home, to the beautifully landscaped, very private yard with the pool, this house was simply divine. Having the pack-and-plays and high chairs for my twin boys was a real treat. There are plenty of poolside chairs, lots of very nice cookware, dishes galore, plush towels, soap and paper in the restrooms... We could not have imagined how luxurious the house would feel. One complaint: we called the management office when we realized the dishwasher didn't work and no one came or checked on it. But, we did dishes by hand and had so much relaxation time, we didn't much care. The wagon to cart our "stuff" to the beach was a very nice addition to the amenities. Soft, white sandy beach is just two blocks away. Very quiet neighborhood - we never heard a peep from anywhere! Thank you for sharing your wonderful island escape with us!
