Set in the beautiful Valley of the Moon in Kenwood, this three bedroom two bath home is top of the line in comfort and luxury. The owner has gone the extra step in furnishings, amenities, and comfort.
Just 10 minutes East of Santa Rosa and 5 minutes to Kenwood for shopping convenience, nearby wineries within 10-15 minutes (Glen Ellen and Sonoma), Spring Lake, Anadel State Park (swimming, boating, cycling, hiking), golf 5 minutes, and yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood for your getaway.
Walk through a solid wood door with crystal window into the living room and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with comfy sofas and chairs, big screen TV, VCR and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with major and small appliances, and many extras to convey how special we think our guests are. The laundry room is just off the kitchen to freshen up during a lengthy stay, or for mishaps and spills during a weekend stay.
From the living room enjoy the formal dining room. View to the large yard and in ground swimming pool, glass table top, accommodating 8 guests, the chairs are high back cloth with cushioned seat for comfort. Continuing to the leisure room, you are furnished with a baby grand piano for those musicians out there, Ms. Pac Man two person arcade game, wet bar, fireplace, and bar stools. All of this is just off the patio, hot tub and pool area, for indoor and out door fun.
Backtracking to the left side of the home, your 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are furnished to lounge and enjoy, and a sleeper sofa provides accommodations for 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a top of the line queen bed and comforter set, table and chairs, armoire, and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, and his and hers sink area. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with queen bed and two twin beds, making this a perfect stay for 3 couples or a family of 4-6, or just good friends.
Many events highlight the area year round, especially in the Spring and Fall when the wineries start to put on their show (dinners, tastings, appetizers, barrel tasting, etc.). Not just another vacation rental company, we welcome you with fresh flowers, and many extras, such as shopping for late arrivals. We look forward to being of service.
