A personal trainer is available in the facility to contribute to enhance your workout. There are coin-operated washer and dryers in the building as well as laundry service with fast turn around. A bank with ATM is located in the same building, as well as a lovely café on a plaza with a fountain where you can enjoy your morning 'café con leche' and croissants among relaxed Argentine's.

Over the past few years I have been traveling to Argentina regularly for work and this has been my home away from home. During one visit, my parents joined me and they loved the apartment and its location, feeling very safe and comfortable walking around.

The apartment is clean, airy, bright, and very well maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen and a modern, clean-line look. The building complex is beautiful, very secure, and has a gym, pool, and sauna. And it is located in a great area of BA, nicely residential but close to everything including malls, street shopping, supermarket, pharmacy, and lots and lots of great restaurants.

Aside from this, Maria (the rental agent) and Carlos (the owner) have always been very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating.

I totally recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful
Apartment. Maria is a kind and friendly host.
Having gone around the world a little bit, I must say
that Buenos Aires has the most friendly and
beautiful people in the world. Our kids enjoyed
the family atmosphere offered by your apartment
complex. We were there for only a week but we
already miss the Cafe Con Leche and Medialunas :)

We recently spent a week in this lovely apartment.
It was so nice for our family to have room to spread
out instead of staying in a hotel. The teens also
liked the beautiful pool and appreciated the Wi-fi.
Another plus is the owner's strict no smoking policy
which we so appreciate.
Maria is so friendly and willing to help, as the
previous comment suggested. There many
museums nearby, the Subte is about six blocks
away, and wonderful restaurants are within a block
or two. One of the days was 104 degrees, but when
we returned to the apartment it was cool. The air
conditioner was excellent. Would go back in a
minute.

We stayed at this apt for for 1 month in Oct/Nov 2008. We were very pleased to find everything just as it was described to us. We were met by an agent that spoke English & was very helpful. The area was perfect for an extended stay and we really like the apt. The building had great security and a lovely swimming pool. We highly recommend this apt.
