Heated pool with paver deck. Wall mounted Flat screen TV's in living room and master bedroom. Wi-Fi included. This home is in highly desirable Pelican neighborhood. 20 minutes to Ft. Great pool home in SW Cape Coral

We stayed 6 weeks with 2 small dogs. The house is totally tile so there were no issues with the pets. There is also a small enclosed area outside for them to use. The house was very clean and spacious with a lovely open concept design. The pool is heated and although not huge was great for floating and reading. The screened in pool cage kept out many UV rays so you could basically sit out most of the day. There is also an eating area outside with a kitchen pass-through for convenience. The management company was very good and the owner immediately took care of a very minor leak problem. We have enjoyed the house so much that we are returning next year. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Great area also, convenient to shopping, Fort Myers, airport, beaches.

Great Getaway!

I have stayed at this property a couple of times now, and can honestly say I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Being from the Midwest, I need a little getaway now and again during the cold winter months, and this property is the perfect home-away-from-home. The house is newly renovated, minutes from the beach and Cape Coral nightlife and approx. 15 minutes from Fort Myers. The open layout of the house is great for entertaining and the pool is an added bonus on those days when you don’t necessarily feel like going to the beach to get a tan. All in all, it has all of the three C’s I look for in a great vacation stay: clean, comfortable, and close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything inside is newly remodeled, very clean, and contemporary.The location is convenient for shopping, enjoying tourist activites and distance to the airport. Ft. Myers beach is beautful and only 25 minutes away! The outside facilities were great for relaxing by the heated pool or sitting by the canal. We would definitely recommend this vacation home to our friends and family, and plan to go back again next year.
