Bay View is a condominium development situated on the eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina, located behind the Bay Gardens Hotel in Rodney Bay. This property is ideally located within walking distance of two shopping centres, a small medical centre, banks, restaurants, bars and the beautifully breathtaking Reduit Beach which offers many water sporting activities. The property is on two levels, the upper level has two en suite bedrooms; both rooms have their own private balcony. Each bedroom is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room concept leading out to a covered patio area, there is also a powder room. The lower level is cooled only by ceiling fans.

Our family ( two kids, two adults) have stayed at the No.8 Bay View Apartment in Rodney Bay in July 2012.

We have really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. This gated apartment complex offers a nice pool which the kids just loved.

Shops and supermarkets are close by and you can walk to the beach and nice restaurants. We recommend this apartment to all that like the freedom of their "own four walls" during a vacation in St. Lucia.

Great place to stay for a short term in St. Lucia

I rented the property for a month and I used the condo a lot as I was working on a consultancy and did not have an office in St. Lucia. Everything was perfect. Any little problem was immediately fixed thanks to the great efficiency of Victoria whom was the best property manager I have ever met! The house is the closest to the pool so you can go to swim barefooted from the patio. Sometimes kids makes noise while playing in the pool but if you are on holiday there is no problem as when it gets dark nobody use the pool. I highly recommend this property

This is great place at a great location. The house is huge, very well equipped and very conveniently located from the shops and restaurants in Rodney Bay. The swimming pool is right in front of the house and the house has a beautiful view of the marina. Victoria, who manages the property on behalf of the owners is fab and will help you with anything at anytime of the day.

Amazing service, wonderful holiday!!

What a lovely holiday we have just had, all at Dragonfly were really quick to respond and very efficient with taking the booking, organising tours and sorting airport transfers for us. All our questions and needs attended to with the utmost care.
The property was close to everything we needed, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. It was also nice and light and spacious. The pool was very handy and so close it felt like it was there just for us, hardly ever busy and always clean.
Thank you very much for helping us to have a wonderful holiday, we will be asking Dragonfly to assist us with our next holiday to St Lucia in 2013!!!
