Three Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps six

As you approach the front of the house you will notice the beautiful stained glass windows at the entry way. They give way to the stairs which opens up to the newly decorated bedrooms. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The kitchen has all amenities with a full size stove and refrigerator. The condo also includes an outdoor hot tub and shower and off street parking for one car.

With just a short walk you arrive at Carpinteria beach where you can swim, snorkel or just sunbathe. At dusk you can view some of the most beautiful sunsets.

You are also just a short walk to Linden Avenue which has several quaint restaurants and shops. If you have a sweet tooth Crushcakes located a short walk away, but well worth it.

We now have a Theater that does offer movie nights as well as live comedy acts.

Also located on Linen Avenue is a grocery store where you can pick up what you will need for your stay.

good location, but.......

This place has some great pluses. It is very conveniently located. you can walk everywhere you need to go. It is an attractive place, comfortably furnished, with a hot tub in the carport. That said, it needs a good, deep cleaning. The blinds were grimey and the kitchen didn't feel clean, in fact I found some dirty dishes and ended up putting everything we would use through the dishwasher immediately. The bedrooms and baths were clean, though. All the cupboards were disorganized. It would have been helpful to have more info on how to use things in the condo, such as the direct TV. The carport is very hard to park in so if you have a large car or truck, be advised. Overall we had a great time staying here but would give it only 3 stars for the above reasons.
