Our pet friendly home sleeps 6 and is only blocks away from the water! This 1 bed 1 bath condo is beautifully decorated and is well-equipped with everything you will need to have a wonderful stay. Take a bike ride to the swim beach or grocery store nearby. Only a 2 mile drive to the marina. After soaking in the hot tub, take a shower in the oversized walk in shower with rain fall shower head! No pet fee!

We also have jet skis available for rent that we can put into the water for you!

We are a retired Military couple who are managing our properties ourselves. We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a gas grill, a coffee pot, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, additional linens for extra guests, and much more!

With the entrance to the Guadalupe right down the road, If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional $15 so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent.

The home is equipped with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and a king sized air mattress. Extra linens and towels. The hot tub is also shared with one other unit.

Keep in mind that this property is on a shared lot. So it shares a space with an upstairs unit and shares the hot tub and grill.
