Guestbook comments from the manager
What a nice spring visit...we have stayed in your unit four winters now. While here we were visitied by my sister and husband for a few days. May God bless you and yours.
i am an artist and Sarasota and Siesta Key have been an inspiration to me in the watercolors that I paint I used to live in
Sarasota but recently relocated to the Orlando area, yet I continue to spend time in Siesta and still create lovely paintings. The nearness of water is
a rewarding inspiration to me.
Our family vacationed on Siesta Key for many years and we decided to buy a property on this beautiful island where we could have a retreat and enjoy Siesta anytime we were able to go away on vacation.
Myavorite ritual is to walk early in the morning to the intracoastal, just a few steps, and wait for the sunrise over the water, which is beautiful.
also special to me is to walk on the beach before sunset then watch as the sun goes down into the water, this is a 'must do' while on Siesta Key.
My condo is located in a well maintained gated complex quite unique to the Key and very sought after by guests that continue to return year after year. The Office personnel is very helpful in providing informtion and help with a smile and cheerfulness. I am proud to be an owner of 1303, I have been one for fifteen years.
When I need a change of pace I go to the condo, 1303 is located between two waters, the intracoastal on one side, and the beach just a few steps away. I love to walk down to the IC early in the morning, with my coffee, waiting for the sun to rise behind the trees across the water. Some spectacle! then I go to the beach for an early walk, at 8 am the beach is glorious, the water is smooth and alluring and the birds are flying around looking for food, and diving for fish. Its a wonderful way to start the day! That's why we call Siesta Key Paradise!!
because 1303 is so close to the Intracoastal waters and the beach as well, I am able to do what satisfies me the most...walking outdoors. my favorite activity is to wake up early and with my coffee cup walk down to the water and wait for the sun to rise. After that I walk the quiet beach, try to walk on the beach ad 8:30 in the morning, you will love it, birds are flying all over looking for food, the surf is smooth and alluring... that's why we call Siesta Paradise!
