This classic Cape Cod 2-bedroom home is located 1/3 mile to Wellfleet Harbor and 4/10 of a mile to Wellfleet Town Center. Drop the kids at Wellfleet Recreation for the morning and have a relaxing cup of coffee on the sun deck. Relax in the comfortable and sunny living room with Netflix, Hulu and other onDemand video options on the 42' flatscreen and bring your own DVD's for the dvd player. (Note: onDemand services have replaced standard cable - no commercials on your vacation!) The house is outfitted with AC units and a deck and yard area with a gas grill. Bring your beach toys, golf clubs, tennis rackets, artistic perspective and culinary desires as this cottage is centrally located to everything in Wellfleet Center and Harbor area.

Wellfleet Beaches: Oceans, Bays, Harbors, Lakes, Ponds, Rivers, Coves, Salt Marsh, and Tidal Flats! The Details listed were very accurate when indicating the "quiet street" and the location to the Bay and to town. And the pics that were posted were exactly what we got.
The House was Cleaner than I expected. I have rented quite a rental properties in my time and I was pleasantly suprised by the amount of cleaning supplies that were available to help make it quite easy to leave the house looking its best.
LOCATION!! I really couldn't have found a better spot for what we were looking for. I had never stayed in Wellfleet and picked this property do to the "Specs" listed on the web page. I think the Front Porch is fantastic, the street nice and quiet and plenty of space. Love Love Love having a washer and dryer. Not many places offer that. Also, I think the size of the house was great. I would definetely feel comfortable sharing the house with family or friends in the future for a nice getaway.
