Located in the historic district of Annapolis, easy walk to the Naval Academy, restaurants and shops. One of the nicest streets in town.The water taxi pick up is just at the bottom of the street. Perfect place to stay for boat shows and Naval Academy activities.

My wife and I raised our family in this home. I own a small marine insurance agency in town that I have operated for over 30 years.

I enjoyed my stay at this very cute basement apartment on a lovely and convenient street in Annapolis. The owners are friendly, but ensure you have total privacy. You can easily walk to Main St., West St., Maryland Ave. and the other central streets in town. I would recommend highly for the price.

Our stay was enjoyable and we must say the description was spot on. Quiet street a big plus. Amenable host Barron handled any questions. Don't stub your toe on the drain in BR and the pull out couch is not most comfortable in world but I DID sleep with all that city walking you can do in town. For the price, you can't go wrong.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Nice Quiet Location Within Walking Distance to Town

We really liked the accessibility of this property to the Naval Academy and the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. Being able to walk right to Main Street is a bonus.
