There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll all the way down to see the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a clean, well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities.

You'll appreciate The Home Theater system and comfortable living area. Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Weber Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-Sized Beds and Cable TVs with DVD players. You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has an amazing view overlooking Parkview Bay, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our 14 x 40 foot slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

GOLFERS: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

Hello, My name is Jason Boschert and I'm pleased to be the Property Manager for this fantastic Parkview Bay Condominium. Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with the best amenities to accommodate our guests.

The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment! The Towers Complex offers an Indoor Pool with Hot Tub and Sauna, A Huge Lakeside Outdoor Pool with an Infinity Edge, and an Exercise Room. You can't find amenities like this elsewhere!

Other attractions include the Osage Beach State Park at 2 miles away and the Ha Ha Tonka State Park at 16 miles away.

The condo was beautiful and what an awseome view of the lake! Our biggest complaint was that there wasn't a luggage rack to bring the suitcases and all of the groceries up to the condo.The kitchen had everyhing we needed to prepare a great meal but the inside of the oven was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. The beds were all very comfortable except that the comforters and sheets were thin and and not very comfy. A few hooks could have been placed on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels, etc.The livingroom area was very nice and comfortable with plenty of seating for all 6 of us.
The pool and hot tub area was extremely nice and very clean. We enjoyed it very much. The location couldn't be better, with only being a few minutes from everything without being on the main drag. Over-all we really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

We arrived Friday August 24 to celebrate my birthday and as soon as we walked in we knew we had made the right choice on where to spend our weekend! The condo was beautiful and exactly on with all of the pictures and details. The deck was very nice as that is where we spent most of our time! Not only did we have a great weekend with a wonderful place to stay I got ENGAGED!!! Jason was great to work with and with this being our first experience with VRBO we will be back and I would suggest this condo to anyone! Thanks again!

Great View, Spacious and Comfortable

We spent two nights here with a family of four, including two teenage boys. There was plenty of room for the four of us. In fact, there was easily enough room for several more people. The view off the balcony was great! Having a screened in balcony keeping the bugs out was a blessing and a curse -- it somewhat spoiled the view. The pools were nice, though no diving boards. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, and generally comfy. There were enough dishes/utensils, but don't have high expectations for a huge variety (no cookie sheet, pizza pan, wok, etc.). The area felt safe and secure and was generally quiet other than the occasional boat going by. The wifi was excellent, with easily enough bandwidth to stream Netflix movies. The xbox (not xbox360) didn't work.

Overall we had a great time here and would recommend it!

The condo was clean, spacious, and located in a great location. Seeing as how the trip occurred before the big vacation season for the area, having an indoor pool was great. It was very quiet and relaxing. Close to the outlet mall as well. Jason was quick to answer any concerns we might have had. The only thing missing in the place was wine glasses and we older women like our wine! I highly recommend it!

Our family rented this condo unit at Parkview Bay in the Towers for four days in July, 2011. We found this unit to be very clean and comfortable. The condo was nice with up-to-date furnishings. We also found it to be safe and very well maintained. It was quite roomy - we had 7 adults and 2 small children and we had plenty of room (3 bedrooms, a fold-out couch, 2 full baths). The owner was accommodating and helpful, answering our questions quickly by email or cell phone calls. We had a good experience at this unit and would highly recommend this property.
