Tuscan Style concrete home in Beautiful Village of Tannin with ~3400 sq/ft and 11 Balconies and Porches. It's everything you could want out of a beach house. The views of the Gulf of Mexico, State Park, Tannin Lakes and the Olympic size swimming pool are amazing. This is one of the only homes in Orange Beach that backs up to the 6K acres Gulf State Park and has easy access to the new paved Bike Trails that run through the State Park property.
We built the house in 2007 and it's professionally decorated from top to bottom. This is Luxury beach living without the shortcuts. We left out the rattan and wicker and chose a more substantial furnishing style. Our home has 5 Bedrooms (3 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double Twins) 4 of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms and one is a Bedroom Loft on the third floor with 2 Twin beds.
Let’s take a walk through the house so you know what you’re getting and there are no surprises. We want to make sure our home is right for you BEFORE you arrive.
The main floor has a full dining area with table and chairs for 6. The Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, all stainless appliances and the GAS cook top with telescopic downdraft system merits mention. There are 4 counter stools around the center island so your cooking can be a social event. Adjoining the kitchen is the Bar area with Ice Maker and Wine Cooler, and a 4-seat table for in-kitchen dining. Moving through the house you come to the Living Room with contemporary style leather sofa and a large 50' flat panel LCD TV. We also understand vacations aren't free, so if you find yourself having to catch up on a little work or simply get in touch with your friends and family, you'll appreciate the convenience of having Free Long Distance calling and WI-FI throughout the house for laptop use.
The Second Floor is amazing, with 3 very well-planned rooms. Each with in-suite bathrooms and their own TVs. The Master has a King bed and 37' flat screen TV and DVD player, Screened Porch and side balcony that overlooks the Olympic size pool. Master Bath has soaker tub and Separate Shower. The second bedroom is large and sits on the front of the house with a King Bed a 23' flat screen tv, and sitting Porch with Views of the Tannin lakes and Gulf of Mexico. The Third Bedroom has plenty of space with a King bed, wall-mounted 26' flat screen TV, large closet and built in drawers and shelves.
The Third floor is the 4th Bedroom in a loft style with views of everything. To the South you see the Gulf and Tannin Lakes, to the west you can walk out to the private balcony and overlook the Olympic size pool, to the North you overlook the Gulf State Park and its lakes, and to the east you have more Gulf view opportunities. The bedroom has dual twin beds, flat screen TV, and comfortably sleeps 2. This is the only bedroom in the house that does not have an in-suite bathroom and is therefore best suited for children.
The 5th bedroom is an in-suite with a Queen bed -access is provided by a spiral stair case off of the living room. This room is best suited for those who would like additional privacy and don’t mind using a spiral staircase.
We have done everything we can to sleep our guests comfortably - this means we don’t use Sleeper sofas or beds that aren’t really beds. Everything in the house is top quality which we believe is what our guests want and deserve.
