Casa Del Sol Naples is a dreamy waterfront vacation home in a tropical paradise setting. Located in Naples' Gulf Harbor neighborhood which is often referred to as the 'Key West' of the gulf coast because of the friendly laid back, old Florida vibe and the many waterfront stilt homes. Just a 5 minute drive (or 15-20 minute bike ride) to both Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park beach and Vanderbilt Beach, or about 10 minutes to the world famous Barefoot Beach.

It is the perfect Naples vacation spot! The house is located on lovely canal offering amazing fishing everyday in your own backyard. Only 30 minutes from the international airport so you can get your vacation started right away.

Extremely quiet location with absolutely no traffic noise, yet convenient to so many places. Restaurants and shopping are within minutes including the Mercato & Waterside shops, or if you want to go downtown to Olde Naples' 5th Ave. or 3rd St., its just a 15 minute straight shot down 41.

Our sunny vacation home features all new unique & stylish furnishings throughout and a comfortable, modern open concept living area. Tropical views from every window and door. With western and southern exposures, it's wonderfully bright all day long and allows you to enjoy Naples' incredible sunsets each evening.

Brand new modern kitchen featuring european cabinetry and all the necessities. Comfortable breakfast nook with a dining table for 4 (2 extra chairs available too).

The master suite features a queen size bed, 32' flat screen tv, walk in closet, and a double sink bathroom with a luxurious shower with body sprays. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Second bathroom with great shower just steps down the hall. There are no bathtubs. The fully enclosed den/3rd bedroom off the living room has a custom made queen size murphy bed and a small closet.

Outside you'll find a side deck with an outdoor dining set, a gas grill and a private & serene fenced yard with massive bamboo trees and other tropical and flowering plantings. Side deck connects to the large back deck with sun loungers and a private dock for your fishing or boating or just relaxing enjoyment.

Guests may use our bicycles to explore endless paved trails to the marina, beaches and parks. Or, if you're the adventurous type, use our canoe to explore the mangrove surrounded backwaters which offer excellent fishing and bird watching opportunities, pay close attention and you may spot a manatee or dolphins!

Friends from Chicago who really needed a tropical escape from the big city, especially in the winter time! We absolutely love Naples, have family here so have been visiting for years. Finally owning a home here is a real dream come true.

We love to fish so being on the water with access to both the backwaters and the Gulf was a must. Our neighborhood is beautiful , safe and friendly, and so very close to the beaches as well as to shopping, dining and nightlife, we think its the perfect spot in Naples.

What makes this house unique

Biking to the beach every morning to grab a cup of coffee and walk along the surf watching for dolphins and the elusive sand dollar. Fishing! Golf - so many courses nearby! Eating fresh fish at nearby excellent restaurants, marvelling at the gorgeous tropical fauna & flora all around.

Two of the highest rated beaches in the country are within 5-15 minutes drive from the house. Don't miss our famous sunsets into the Gulf, especially romantic from the beach. For great shopping, dining & nightlife, the new Mercato and very upscale Waterside shops are about 1 mile away and Downtown Naples ('Olde Naples') is only about 8 miles away. The airport (Southwest Florida International - RSW Fort Myers) is only 25 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is 25 minutes, Sanibel & Captiva 45 minutes. Fort Lauderdale 1.5 hours, Miami 2 hours. CT Blizzard or Sunny Naples?

We chose sunny Naples and was it the right decision. This home is close to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods yet tucked away on a canal. It's a nice little community that we toured daily on the bikes. Enjoyed the dolphin, sea otter and mullet in the canal, and the armadillo and pileated woodpecker from the deck. Very clean and comfortable; just as the photos show. Many restaurants close by- no need to drive to 5th Avenue. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. A perfect home to escape to in the winter.

It was a pleasure to deal with owners who helped us greatly. Property was well maintained and in excellent condition. Location was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet and relaxing. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing fun vacation. Be sure to visit the Naples Museum of Art, the nearby beaches, and many great restaurants.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Peaceful and relaxing exemplifiy the feelings we had while staying at Casa del Sol. Whether it was sitting on the edge of the dock in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the fish jump or resting on the back deck in the adirondack chairs with a cocktail in our hands, Casa del Sol was the perfect escape to the warm Florida sun. It was just a quick bike ride to the wonderful Gulf beaches and we loved the cozy little community of old world Florida homes where Casa del Sol sits. We really loved the modern decor of the home and it felt so warm and inviting with all of the windows out to a beautiful tropical landscape. We will definitely return next year.

Excellent Retreat - Waterfront home in Naples

House is tastefully decorated and clean through out . Lovely backyard and amenities. Enjoyed using the canoe around the canal , quiet and peaceful . Beaches are close by within few minutes drive . Visited Everglades National Park and lots of good shopping nearby . Would love to return in future.

Lovely, lovely home!

Chris and her husband were the consummate hosts and incredibly delightful to work with. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning system which was fixed same-day without any problem. The space is beautiful, convenient to the beach, modern and incredibly comfortable! I'd love to stay here again on another trip to the Naples area.
