FIRST FLOOR:

Enter from the drive to a welcoming foyer that opens to a combined Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen space. The Great Room features a cathedral ceiling with skylights, a showcase wood burning fireplace, and 65-inch flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for eight next to sliding glass doors that will give you a view of the beautiful woods while you eat. The kitchen offers all new appliances, a large pantry, center island, and plenty of cookware to make meal prep easier.

Tucked under the staircase is a convenient half bath. A door from the Great Room leads to 'The Lounge" with wood burning fireplace, a second dining area, 65-inch flat screen TV, games, comfortable couches, as well as three walls of windows overlooking mature woods. A door leads to an open deck for relaxing and outdoor dining.

Bedroom 2 with en suite full bath with an oversized open shower features a queen bed and large desk for a remote work area.

A short hallway leads to Bedroom 1, a large bedroom featuring a queen bed, writing desk, large walk-in closet, and views into the mature woods. These bedrooms share a full bath with combination tub and shower. A second full bath attached to Bedroom 1 is currently under construction to offer additional comfort for guests.

OUTDOOR SPACES:

Landscaped but wild growing, the property opens to mature woods with a mix of tall white pines and hardwoods. The furnished deck features Adirondack chairs, a separate dining table and chairs, and a large propane grill.
