Guestbook comments from the manager
I have booked Radio apartment many times on my visits to Paris. The staff of Paris Address are the most professional, courteous and friendly in Paris.
I booked through another agency called Paris ATTITUDE a few times and had NOTHING but nightmares. AVOID Paris ATTITUDE at all costs. They literally stole 1000E for a deposit to an apartment that was completely misrepresented on their website. (The photos, while beautiful, are completely misleading in almost every case.) They simply lie and deny anything they say.
Back to Paris ADDRESS. They meet you at the correct time at the apartment when checking in, and check you out promptly. In addition, if anything goes wrong at the apartment they tend to it quickly.
For a short term apartment rental agency, Paris ADDRESS is excellent.
Now, for the apartment.
It's lovely, with a Terrace which are rare in Paris.
There are only two apartments per floor, and while the building is concrete, you can still hear neighbours.
Particularly the new Chinese neighbours that moved across the hall.
The first week they moved in they let their two year old baby scream all night long in the Living Area while they slept in the bedroom hearing and doing nothing. I had to get up in the middle of the night and knock and ring their doorbell so I could get some sleep. The baby still screams, during the day, but at least they now tend to their child properly and it is a 2 year old baby after all.
Also, the smell of their cooking permeates the entire floor. Boiling fishheads and rice emits an absolutely revolting smell.
I had 14 elegant Parisians over for a dinner/cocktail party and had to apologize for the 'stench' radiating from their apartment. What they have no idea how to turn on the fan?
More about RADIO Apartment.
It is elegantly appointed, and has a great flat screen TV which is also 3D. All the channels you could ask for.
The stereo system is old and does not work! It was very disappointing when I had my party. Please ask the owner to change the system.
The TV in the bedroom is complicated and has no sound whatsoever. No one, including the staff of Paris Address could figure it out.
The hot water during severe cold snaps can shut off in the entire building from time to time. I went a whole day without hot water, but hey, it's Paris, and not everythings perfect.
The building is beautifully appointed, and the elevator is large which is rare for Paris.
The phone makes local calls only.
The bedroom has a lovely KS bed, which is
