Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in April 2011. The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped, well-located. There are lots of shops within 2 blocks for every need -- baker, grocer, ice cream, restaurants, cafes, crepes, tabac, ATM, etc. The Tabac within steps of the front door (around the corner) sells the bus/metro carnet tickets for getting around, and it only a couple of blocks to several metro lines. The apartment itself has a lovely view of the Seine. It had very comfortable beds, wi-fi access was excellent during our stay. There were basic supplies in the kitchen--oil, sugar, tea, salt, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc--so we didn't have to buy any of those. The main room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and appliances all very modern, clean, and in good working order. We had a little difficulty connecting with our taxi upon arrival, so waited for about 20 minutes after calling. Other than that, check-in was smooth and we had no issues. Recommend the apartment without hestitation -- it was a great find and lovely to spread out at 'home' during our stay in Paris.
