NATURAL TERRRACE: Relaxing and fresh to enjoy the space at day or night.
BATHROOM: 2 full bathrooms stocked with toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials and counter with 2 dining chairs.
POOL: The building has a pool located on the 6th floor amenities deck. There is also a shallow wading pool for younger children. Pool & Beach towels are provided in your closet. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are grills for your use at the pool as well with outdoor dining tables.
GYM: The building has a gym located on the 6th floor amenities deck. The gym contains various cardio and weight/strength training equipment along with a virtual spin studio. Gym hours are 24/7.
PARKING: The unit comes with 1 garage parking spot for your first vehicle. For additional cars, valet is available for an additional cost. To park, you will receive a decal to access the gate-secured parking garage which will be provided during check-in.
SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm. Your unit also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. This building requires a light background check after booking. A photo ID is required.
OTHER AMENITIES: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, beach towels, high speed wifi, smart tv, basic cleaning supplies, host available 24/7, front desk staff and security 24/7 in building. PARKING
Upon arrival, you can temporarily leave your car in the valet parking ramp area while we get you registered with the building. After, we will explain the parking procedures in our parking garage and how to access it.
TRANSPORT
There are busses, trolleys and taxis available in the area. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are fast and easy for longer distances outside of the neighborhood.
